Dynamic Purchasing System for Training Services for SAG Employees

Summary

SAG is setting up a dynamic purchasing system for training services for its employees. Separate contracts worth more than €3,000 will be awarded through the system. Its estimated total value is €200,000 and its term is five years from the first admission. Courses may cover topics such as teamwork, Excel, time management, customer service, waste management, machinery operation, occupational safety, public procurement and artificial intelligence, as well as other training needed for SAG’s work. The exact scope, timetable and award criteria will be specified separately for each contract. To participate, an applicant must demonstrate annual turnover of at least €10,000 in the best of the last three available financial years and provide a list of similar contracts from the last three years meeting the required value of at least €10,000. The application must include the required registration and representation documents, procurement passport, completed declaration form, evidence of turnover and experience, valid tax and social security clearance evidence, and documentation showing that the required resources will be available. Training will normally take place at SAG’s premises. At SAG’s request, it may be delivered at the provider’s premises or online at no additional cost to SAG. The general deadline for starting the assigned work is within 10 working days after confirmation of the order, unless the specific contract extends it. After each course, the provider is expected to submit a completion diploma, course materials, attendance sheets, and questionnaires on learning outcomes, participant satisfaction and workplace application of the training. Payment is generally made as a single payment after each course.
