Transportes Interurbanos de Tenerife, S.A. (TITSA) is establishing a dynamic purchasing system for project-specific engineering, architecture and consultancy services for its transport infrastructure. The two categories cover engineering and architecture, including design and project preparation, construction supervision, technical reports and specifications, technical assistance, regulatory and licensing work, and—under engineering—process improvement consultancy.
