Summary

The Generalitat’s Central Purchasing Office is establishing a dynamic purchasing system for photovoltaic project design and construction supervision in public buildings. The services include preparing technical projects or design memoranda for smaller installations, supervising construction, and carrying out the technical and administrative work needed to bring installations into service. The procurement is divided into three lots: low-voltage projects, high-voltage projects, and off-grid installations. The estimated total value is EUR 4.2 million excluding VAT.
