Track renewal works on the Haiger–Wetzlar railway route

Summary

The procurement covers railway track renewal and associated works on the Haiger–Wetzlar route in two construction sections. Works include renewal of 11,882 m of rails and 7,162 m of track in section 1, formation protection layers, drainage and cable ducts, maintenance and renewal of level-crossing surfaces at two crossings. Section 2 includes installation of six sets of points and 1,239 m of rail renewal, together with welding, tamping, alignment, site setup, logistics and railway safety services.
