Procurement of 2 electric multifunction vehicles with single cab and box body

Summary

The tender covers the supply of two N2-class electric multifunction vehicles with single cabs and tipping box bodies for municipal street cleaning and winter service in Gelsenkirchen. The vehicles will be used for collecting waste and transporting staff and materials, including road salt, and must be suitable for operation of up to 14 hours per day. The supplier must deliver the vehicles fully charged, clean and defect-free to the GELSENDIENSTE site at Adenauerallee 115, 45891 Gelsenkirchen, provide German-language driver instruction and workshop training, and include transport, registration documents, acceptance inspections and German operating manuals in the price. A mobile on-site service and a service workshop within a maximum 30-minute drive are required. Repairs must be possible within 48 hours, spare and wear parts must remain available for at least ten years, and a free equivalent replacement vehicle must be provided for warranty-related downtime exceeding 48 hours. The bid must be submitted electronically by 21 September 2026 at 10:00. Alternative bids are not permitted. The price must be stated in euros excluding VAT, the price schedule must be completed without changes, and a technical description of the vehicle must be included. Award criteria are price 70%, delivery time 15%, and service and warranty services 15%.
