Support Services for Tax Audit Procedures

Summary

Baden-Württemberg’s tax administration is procuring external IT coordination and project-support services for tax audit procedures under the KONSENS programme. The work covers administration of the 2027 business-size classification, support for related systems and products, coordination of system integrations and expansions, testing, ticket handling, and advice on new requirements and technologies. The contract is planned to run during 2027, with annual extension options through 31 December 2030; the estimated volume is 340 person-days per year, or 1,360 in total, with a guaranteed minimum of 20 person-days for 2027. The procurement is divided into two lots.
