Maintenance and inspection of building automation at the Education and Science Center of the Federal Finance Administration in Sigmaringen

Summary

The tender concerns the maintenance and inspection of building automation at the Education and Science Center of the Federal Finance Administration in Sigmaringen. The contractor shall provide maintenance for the Desigo CC management layer (maintenance fee, backup and upgrades) and for the building automation layer (DDC automation stations PXC 50-200 and operator devices PXM 20). In addition, thermographic (non-destructive) testing of building automation switchgear of varying sizes and quantities, visual inspection of the weather station, maintenance of frequency inverters, and remote support are required. The contract also includes operational support and fault elimination (an assumed 8 service calls per year), with hourly rates for remote and on-site work and travel reimbursements for three site visits per year. A Siemens Solution Partner certification is mandatory.
