Framework agreement for electrical works in Rostock (Lots 1–7)

Summary

The procurement is a framework agreement for electrical works divided into seven lots across Rostock. Call-offs cover maintenance and repair of residential, commercial and special-purpose properties; renewal, installation, inspection and testing of apartment electrical systems; and work on smoke and heat exhaust systems. Work will often take place in occupied buildings. Bidders must account for applicable DIN/EN and VDE requirements and the WIRO standard, provide required inspection and handover documents, and comply with contractual data-confidentiality obligations. The specifications provided give the following estimated annual order volumes and net ceilings for Lots 1–6: Lot 1, approximately 984 orders and up to EUR 780,000; Lot 2, approximately 414 orders and up to EUR 324,000; Lot 3, approximately 1,123 orders and up to EUR 913,000; Lot 4, approximately 1,636 orders and up to EUR 973,000; Lot 5, approximately 309 orders and up to EUR 272,000; and Lot 6, approximately 673 orders and up to EUR 305,000.
