Electricity supply to Klinikum Dortmund in 2028–2030

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of approximately 65,473 MWh of electricity to three metered consumption points at Klinikum Dortmund from 1 January 2028 to 31 December 2030. The supply includes arranging network use, necessary network services and the timely change of supplier. The bidder must provide comparable electricity-supply experience from the last three completed financial years, turnover information for comparable services, up to three references, evidence of the required workforce, a recent commercial-register or professional-register extract, the latest annual report or equivalent document, and a valid certificate from the relevant employers’ liability insurance institution. The bidder must also confirm that its customer portal meets the technical minimum requirements and submit the required covering letter, price offer, declarations and electricity supply contract. The price must be submitted in euros per MWh. The service charge may contain the energy procurement and structuring costs, schedule deviations, customer support, billing and margins. The offer is binding until 2 November 2026. Price is the only award criterion and carries a weighting of 100%.
