Summary

The tender concerns the supply of the pharmaceutical active substance propofol to six BG Kliniken hospitals under a framework agreement for the period 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030. The products are required in different primary pack sizes and concentrations and the procedure is divided into three lots, with bids allowed for up to three lots. Delivery must take place no later than two working days after an order is received. A bidder must submit an electronic tender in German using the provided forms, including the tender form, suitability self-declaration, references, framework agreement, priced bill of quantities, tariff-compliance declaration and a concept for preventing supply failures and shortages.
