Implementation of a Unified Communications and Collaboration Platform Based on Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Rainbow

Summary

The City of Potsdam is procuring the implementation and 48-month operation of an Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Rainbow hybrid unified communications and collaboration platform integrated with its existing OXE communications infrastructure and WebRTC gateways. The scope includes 100 named-user licences for the pilot and 2,600 for production, with an option for up to 300 additional Rainbow Enterprise licences. The contract also covers implementation, migration, system integration, testing, training, documentation, maintenance, service and support, plus up to 20 person-days of call-off integration services.
