Excavation pit and shoring design for the gerontopsychiatric clinic in Königslutter

Summary

AWO Niedersachsen gGmbH is procuring design services for the excavation pit and its shoring for the new construction and modernisation of the gerontopsychiatric clinic in Königslutter. The structural design work covers building sections B4 and B5 in the first construction phase and B6 in the second; the clinic must remain operational throughout construction. The planned project has an overall area of approximately 4,800 m², including approximately 2,600 m² of usable floor area in the new building.
