Mahlwinkler Tanger – Reconstruction of weirs and nature-oriented watercourse design

Summary

This procurement concerns renaturation of the Mahlwinkler Tanger watercourse and nature-oriented design of the water body. The aim is to improve flow and ecological connectivity and habitat quality, considering historical melioration works. The contract includes construction with a rough-channel/basin structure, stepping stones, groynes, gravel benches, habitat trees, root stocks and cuttings, and related vegetation and habitat creation measures.
