Summary

The procurement concerns the supply of medical equipment for Ukraine. Bidders must prepare their offers in accordance with the technical specification and delivery terms, quote a price for every requested item, and state the manufacturer, model, unit and total prices, packaging and transport costs, payment terms and delivery times. Technical documents or product data sheets must accompany the offer. For goods shipped abroad, the expected volume and weight of the shipment or each lot must be stated. Prices must be quoted in euros net of VAT, with any VAT shown separately. Offers may cover all or selected lots, but each selected lot must be offered in full; alternative offers are not permitted. Offers and required declarations must normally be prepared in German, use the buyer’s templates and be submitted electronically through the GIZ procurement platform.
