Carpentry and timber construction works

Summary

Landkreis Kassel is procuring carpentry and timber construction works for the renovation and extension of Schauenburg-Elgershausen primary school. The single lot covers timber-frame construction with a sloping parapet and pitched roof areas, including approximately 1,762 m² of façade scaffolding, 2,915 m² of exterior and interior walls, 1,099 m² of cross-laminated timber ceilings, 1,683 m² of pitched-roof formwork and 1,530 m² of façade work. The works are scheduled from 11 January to 31 August 2027.
