Heating, ventilation, plumbing and controls for the Melanchthon School extension

Summary

The City of Oberhausen is procuring the installation and construction of heating, plumbing, ventilation and building-control systems for the extension to Melanchthon School. The works include, among other items, an air-to-water heat pump and underfloor heating, sanitary pipework and equipment, heat-recovery ventilation, cooling for server rooms and a fire-water system. The scope also includes testing, commissioning and handover; the contract is not divided into lots.
