Bridge load monitoring using a BWIM system

Summary

Autobahn GmbH of the Federal Government of Germany is procuring a pilot solution to monitor heavy-goods vehicle axle loads and bridge loading. The work includes planning and installing B-WIM sensors on selected bridges, calibrating them using Toll Collect statistical data and axle-load measurement station data, creating data interfaces and a web-based dashboard, and operating the system for 12 months while analysing the measurements. The project runs for 24 months and may be extended by up to 12 months; it is not divided into lots.
