Summary

Open procedure by the City of Hamm for Energetic urban renewal Hamm-Westen, comprising two parts: an integrated district concept (A) and renovation management (B). The contractor will provide project management, initial analysis, potential and measures analysis, development of a vision and objectives, a measures catalogue and transformation paths, stakeholder involvement and communications, monitoring and documentation for ongoing implementation. The four award criteria are: total price (30%), quality of the integrated concept (30%), organization, qualifications and experience of the personnel (20%), and quality of the presentation (20%). Bids must include a Grobkonzept up to 10 A4 pages; earliest start after award; submission deadline 27 October 2026 6:00; binding until 21 December 2026; completion dates 31 October 2027 and 1 October 2031; submissions via the NRW tender platform.
