Maintenance cleaning at refugee accommodation, Bochumer Str. 14–16

The contract covers maintenance cleaning at the refugee accommodation at Bochumer Str. 14–16 in Mannheim from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030. The work includes rooms such as showers, kitchens, toilets, an office and counselling rooms; the daily emptying of waste bins is included in the routine cleaning price. Routine cleaning must be carried out every day for at least six working hours between 16:00 and 22:00. The price offer must also account for Sunday cleaning and separate cleaning on eight public holidays and four specified holidays. The working hours entered in the price schedule are binding for contract performance, and hourly rates must be calculated using the building-cleaning sector tariff wages applicable from 1 January 2026.
