Replacement and expansion of core network components (44EU/26)

Summary

The City of Trier is procuring core network equipment and accessories to connect the units into a stack and integrate them into the municipal network, together with equipment management and maintenance licences. The procurement includes, among other items, 10 Extreme 7520xx switches and 10 Extreme Platform One licences. Maintenance and support should generally be offered for five years; if the manufacturer supports a maximum term of only three years, offer the longest term available from the manufacturer. An equivalent Partnerworks service is permitted if it provides the required services. The required quantities of power cables are 12 and 8 for the respective equipment groups. Delivery is due no later than the fourth calendar week of 2027. The bidder must provide company registration evidence, insurance evidence, turnover information for comparable services for the last three financial years, and three delivery references from the last five years with the details specified in the tender documents. Bids must be submitted electronically in German. Price is the sole award criterion, with a weighting of 100%.
