Acceptance, sorting and recovery of bulky waste in Gelsenkirchen

GELSENDIENSTE is procuring the acceptance, sorting and proper recovery of bulky waste collected from households, container services and two recycling centres in Gelsenkirchen. The service runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028 and is divided into two geographic lots: the northern and southern parts of the city. The forecast total is 19,000 tonnes, approximately 9,500 tonnes per lot; actual quantities may vary. The waste includes furniture and wood, metals, mattresses, upholstered furniture, carpets and other bulky mixed-material waste.
