Summary

The tender concerns the supply of indoor and outdoor luminaires for the Campus Ost sports campus in Munich. Approximately 1,600 items are required, including indoor LED luminaires, ball-impact-resistant sports-hall luminaires, moisture-resistant luminaires, light channels, profile systems, wall and recessed outdoor luminaires, lighting masts and LED floodlights. Deliveries will be made in partial shipments against the contracting authority’s call-offs; the deadline for indoor luminaires is 31 October 2027 and for outdoor luminaires 30 June 2028, with performance scheduled to start on 1 February 2027. Price is the only award criterion. Bidders must demonstrate comparable previous experience, submit the required declarations and documents, and offer products meeting the specified technical minimum requirements. The tender must be submitted electronically in German by 6 October 2026 at 11:10.
