Summary

The procurement covers the atrium’s interior fire-rated glazing for the new Rottweil District Office building: approximately 380 m² of fall-protection F30 glazing, including connections and a glazed corner, plus three glazed fire- and smoke-control doors. The scope also includes site setup and technical planning, support for the building’s sustainability certification, commissioning and maintenance of the door systems, and specified hourly work. Door maintenance is planned once a year for four years.
