Transport service for people with severe mobility impairments

Summary

The City of Mannheim is procuring a transport service for people with severe mobility impairments in Mannheim and Ludwigshafen am Rhein from 10 February 2027 to 31 January 2028. The estimated quantities are 2,400 seated journeys, 3,700 journeys in wheelchair-accessible specialist vehicles, and 300 specialist journeys requiring an additional escort. The service includes assistance between passengers’ homes and vehicles.
