Open-house pharmaceutical discount agreements: aprepitant, fosaprepitant, ATC A04AD12

Summary

This is an open-house model for non-exclusive pharmaceutical discount agreements covering the active substances aprepitant and fosaprepitant (ATC A04AD12). AOK Bayern intends to conclude identical, non-negotiable agreements with all interested pharmaceutical companies that meet the stated eligibility conditions; there is no competitive selection between participants. The earliest possible contract start is 1 November 2026 and all agreements end on 31 October 2028. Complete and correct documents received by the third day of a month allow the contract to start on the first day of the following month; otherwise, it starts on the first day of the subsequent month. The agreement may be terminated with one month’s notice to the end of a month and may become automatically inactive if a relevant nationwide or regional discount agreement enters into force. The participation deadline is 3 September 2028.
