Species monitoring under Articles 11 and 17 of the FFH Directive in Saxony-Anhalt: dragonflies (Odonata), monitoring period 2027-2029

Summary

The tender concerns FFH Directive Articles 11 and 17 species monitoring in Saxony-Anhalt for eight dragonfly species (Odonata) during the 2027–2029 monitoring period. The contractor will conduct species-specific field surveys, delimitation or adjustment of monitoring areas, and assess the conservation status of populations, with full digital documentation and data management. The work covers 152 monitoring units and associated counting transects, with data management in databases, FFH Monitoring Cloud, GIS data, Excel documentation of assessments and photo documentation. Results will be compiled into two interim reports and a final report, with partial deliverables due by 2027-10-30, 2028-11-01 and 2029-11-01.
