VE 3073 - Clay cooling and heating ceilings

Summary

The tender concerns the installation of clay cooling and heating ceilings in an office building to be realized by HafenCity Hamburg GmbH at Am Dalmannkai, using a timber skeleton construction. The project aims for a zero-emission building (CO2-neutral across construction, operation and demolition) and seeks the HafenCity Umweltzeichen Platinum Plus certificate. The scope includes installation of clay cooling and heating ceilings with absorber surfaces on a large scale, with quantities: 2,170 m² cement-bonded boards base, 1,560 m² clay cooling and heating ceilings, 249 distributors, 610 m² acoustic ceiling absorbers, and about 2,820 openings for lighting and installations.
