Outdoor area redesign, sewer rehabilitation and electric vehicle charging infrastructure at Klaus-Groth-Straße 17–27, Lüneburg

Summary

The project covers approximately 6,270 m² at Klaus-Groth-Straße 17–27 in Lüneburg and is divided into four lots: earthworks and sewer rehabilitation; electrical works; outdoor areas; and building services and ancillary works. The works include comprehensive rehabilitation of the foul- and rainwater sewer system, redesigned outdoor areas and lighting, rainwater retention basins, and a new transformer serving eight 11 kW charging stations.
