Planning services (object and TGA planning) for the renovation of DG Lorenzenweg 2

Summary

This tender concerns planning services for the comprehensive renovation and energy-efficient upgrade of the municipal building Haus der Jugend / Parents’ School / Senior Treff at Lorenzenweg 2 in Hamburg-Billstedt. The approximately 1,920 m² building, built around 1975, currently suffers moisture and mold damage and is not usable; a full renovation including energy measures is planned with public funds to be applied. Planning work is to be carried out in stages (LP 1–3 (4) followed by LP 5–8) and will cover the building envelope, technical building services, and interior spaces. Due to the building’s age and the scale of interventions, additional mold or moisture-related issues may be discovered, which must be addressed in planning, tendering and construction supervision. The City of Hamburg intends to award the planning services.
