Contract for routine and optional deep cleaning at KiTa Benediktusstraße

Summary

The tender is for a four-year contract covering routine cleaning and, when separately ordered as needed, deep cleaning at the KiTa Benediktusstraße 45 daycare facility in Aachen. Work is generally to be performed from 4:30 p.m. Routine cleaning covers rooms and surfaces at the specified frequencies and includes waste sorting. Cleaning products must meet the required environmental and health standards. Deep cleaning will be commissioned separately when required. The contract runs from 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2031. Cleaning products must also comply with the environmental requirements. Alternative bids are not permitted.
