Summary
The tender covers archaeological preliminary investigations and, if required, excavation work connected with flood protection works at the Ruckasing/Endlau polder. The contractor may also be instructed to carry out emergency excavations during construction and must be able to mobilise a team to the site within a few days. Complete documentation is due within 12 working weeks after excavation ends, with progress reports submitted weekly. The work must comply with Bavarian requirements for archaeological documentation and handling of finds. Alternative bids are not permitted. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 29 October 2026 at 10:00.
