Building design for ward refurbishment and intensive care unit expansion

Summary

The Deutsches Rotes Kreuz Schwesternschaft Berlin is procuring building design services for phases 2–8 under HOAI § 34 for four measures at its Berlin hospital sites: refurbishment of wards 29, 1b and 4b, and adaptation and expansion of the intensive care unit for eight beds. The project also covers associated removals and relocations and planning for work in an operating hospital. The gross construction cost framework is €10,235,000, including 10% contingency; the assignment includes preparation of the required planning and budget documents.
