A59, St Augustin – Environmental services for preliminary planning

Summary

The tender covers preliminary environmental and landscape-planning services for the A59 in the St Augustin area, on the section from Sankt Augustin-West to the Liburer Heide service area. The work includes, among other tasks, a faunistic planning-area analysis and scoping submission by 30 June 2027; a spatial resistance analysis, biotope mapping and faunistic surveys by 31 December 2028; and an impact forecast and comparison of alternatives within four months after the technical alternatives are provided, expected in the third quarter of 2029. The contract is not divided into lots, and price is the sole award criterion. The bidder must provide evidence of the required insurance, experience and key staff qualifications, including references in environmental planning and BIM coordination. The tender and required forms must be submitted in German. The completed service schedule and electronic DA 84/GAEB 90 file must be included, along with proof that personnel carrying out the contract have been formally committed under the Obligations Act; that proof must be no more than three years old.
