Integrated plant phenotyping platform

Summary

The tender concerns the supply, installation and commissioning of an integrated plant phenotyping platform for greenhouse, climate-chamber and semi-field research. The solution must combine a mobile 3D and multispectral imaging module with a stationary gravimetric drought-phenotyping module having at least 96 weighing and irrigation positions, integrated software, automated watering, data linking, analysis and export. The supplier must provide the complete hardware and software solution, licences, delivery, installation, calibration, commissioning, testing, user and administrator training, documentation and EU conformity evidence. The system must meet detailed technical requirements, including IP56 sensor protection, IP54 protection for weighing and irrigation components, at least one measurement per minute per weighing position, open data export in CSV or XLSX, at least 20 automatically calculated plant parameters and a minimum 24-month warranty. The contract is not divided into lots and alternative bids are not permitted. Price is the only award criterion; an eligible sheltered workshop receives a 15% evaluation bonus and priority in the event of an otherwise equal offer. The bid must be submitted in German electronically in text form by 16 October 2026 at 13:00. Delivery is scheduled for 1 December 2026 and completion, including commissioning, by 30 November 2027, with a maximum implementation period of 12 months from contract award.
