Comprehensive Textile Supply

Summary

The tender covers comprehensive textile services for BG Klinikum Bergmannstrost Halle and related organisations from 1 July 2027 to 30 June 2035. The contractor will provide and manage rented workwear, bed linen and terry textiles, process the customer’s own laundry, and handle washing, disinfection, repairs, logistics, internal hospital transport and delivery to the designated departments. The service also includes stock management, on-site assistance, complaint handling and quality assurance. Workwear will generally move to a size-based shared pool system; supply for approximately 1,240 staff must allow daily changes of clothing. Services cover three locations in Halle. Clean-linen delivery and soiled-linen collection will normally take place on weekdays, but uninterrupted supply must be maintained every calendar day. Demand fluctuations of up to 20% above forecast annual quantities must be covered without additional payment. The bid must include price calculations, a declaration of compliance with tariff and minimum-wage requirements, a continuity and emergency plan, an implementation plan, the required textile samples and product data, and hygiene and energy-efficiency evidence. The bidder must provide at least three qualifying references for healthcare laundry services and attend the mandatory site visit; proof of attendance must accompany the bid. Evaluation weights are price 55%, continuity and emergency plan 15%, implementation plan 10%, and rental-laundry sample quality 20%. Bids must be submitted electronically in German. The contract runs from 1 July 2027 to 30 June 2035.
