Summary

The procurement covers the renewal of media technology at Hochschule Flensburg’s H14 and Audimax in two lots. Lot 1 includes the supply, installation, configuration and commissioning of the H14 audiovisual system, control equipment, cameras, recording equipment and equipment for hybrid rooms. Lot 2 covers the renewal of projection surfaces and sound systems in H14 and the Audimax, including line-array loudspeakers and amplifiers, together with dismantling, installation and acoustic measurement; stage lighting for the Audimax is optional. Hardware must be delivered by 10 December 2026, and installation and commissioning must take place from 1 February 2027 to 28 February 2027. The tender deadline is 14 October 2026.
