Requisition platform for consumables and medicines

Summary

Universitätsklinikum des Saarlandes is procuring the design, implementation and integration of a digital requisition platform for consumables and medicines, together with the associated materials and pharmacy logistics processes. The solution will be fully integrated into SAP S/4HANA and will cover functions including requisitioning, shipment tracking, modular cabinet supply, consignment goods and pharmacy-specific workflows. The project includes concept design, implementation and rollout, with the system scheduled to be fully operational by 1 January 2028.
