Caretaking, sweeping and winter maintenance, and upkeep of outdoor areas

Summary

AOK PLUS is procuring a framework agreement for caretaking, sweeping and winter maintenance, and upkeep of outdoor areas at its properties in Saxony and Thuringia. The five lots cover the Dresden, Chemnitz, Leipzig, East Thuringia and West Thuringia regions. The services include property checks and minor maintenance, cleaning and care of outdoor areas, winter services, and related support tasks. The agreement is scheduled to run from 1 May 2027 to 30 April 2031, with a maximum value of EUR 15 million across all lots.
