The Rhein-Neckar-Kreis is renewing the in-house print-shop solution at its district administration building in Heidelberg. The procurement covers the rental of one colour production printer and one colour finishing printer for 48 months, together with service and consumables for an estimated 83,333 black-and-white and 166,667 colour A4 pages over that period. The scope also includes initial installation and end-of-contract removal and return; optional items provide for a 12-month extension and up to 100 hours of additional technical services or consulting. The procurement is not divided into lots.
