Supply of Apple accessories

Summary

The tender concerns a 48-month framework agreement for the supply of Apple accessories and related products in three lots. Lot 1 and Lot 2 cover iPad covers, keyboard cases, USB-C pencils, screen protectors, power adapters, cables and related accessories. Lot 3 covers charging cases, charging carts, charging hubs and a charging cube. One contractor will be appointed for each lot. The maximum framework values stated in the tender documents are EUR 52,706,850 for Lot 1, EUR 28,636,008.70 for Lot 2 and EUR 16,865,037.50 for Lot 3. The agreement initially lasts 12 months and may be extended three times by 12 months, ending after 48 months or when the relevant maximum value is reached. Minimum quantities apply for the entire contract term, while maximum quantities describe the estimated annual need. The bidder must submit a complete electronic tender with product data sheets, technical and price schedules, required declarations, certificates and registration evidence. All mandatory technical requirements are pass/fail requirements. The first- and second-ranked bidders must provide samples of every offered product for testing; identical products offered in more than one lot only need to be supplied once. The award is based solely on the competition price. Prices are binding for the entire contract term and no general price-adjustment mechanism is provided. A minimum 24-month manufacturer functional warranty, a response within 24 hours on business days and repair or replacement within five business days are required. The tenderer bears the related service, transport and replacement costs. The tender must be submitted electronically through the procurement platform, and communications are conducted in German.
