Technical building services design for the renovation of Essern indoor swimming pool

Summary

Samtgemeinde Uchte is procuring technical building services design for the renovation and approximately 45 m² extension of Essern indoor swimming pool. The planned works include upgrades to the pool, ventilation and building systems, as well as energy-efficiency improvements through a heat pump, photovoltaic panels and LED lighting. Completion of the pool is planned for 31 March 2028.
