Waste paper transfer and recovery for Osnabrück Municipal Service

Summary

The procurement concerns handling waste paper, paperboard and cardboard for Osnabrück Municipal Service in two lots. Lot 1 covers the transfer of 8,525 tonnes of unpressed material per year, including ancillary services. Lot 2 covers receipt and transport of 8,525 tonnes per year, any sorting or other intermediate treatment, marketing and recovery at a paper mill. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots; prices are quoted as unit rates per tonne. In Lot 2, the receipt service fee and revenue from the material are mandatory price items, while a discount linked to awarding Lot 1 at the same time is optional. For Lot 1, bidders must prove that the facility is authorised and provide information on its location, equipment and weighing arrangements. For Lot 2, at least one reference for waste paper recovery is required. The bid must describe the planned logistics and recovery chain. The bidder, consortium members and relevant subcontractors must submit declarations concerning exclusion grounds and comply with wage and Russia-related restrictions.
