Concert hall fire protection measures and theatre interior fit-out

The City of Karlsruhe’s Building Construction and Property Management Office is procuring construction works at the concert hall and theatre. The works include earthworks, drainage and sewer works, masonry, concrete and reinforced-concrete works, demolition, structural alterations, construction of the elevator shaft and a canopy, and replacement and connection of drainage and wastewater pipes.
