Summary

The procurement is for a framework agreement for Autodesk rental licences for four companies for the period 24 February 2027 to 11 April 2030. The work includes renewing existing licences and ordering additional licences as needed, including AutoCAD, AutoCAD LT, Navisworks Simulate, Revit, Architecture Engineering & Construction Collection, Forma Design Collaboration and Inventor Professional. Quantities are estimates only and do not commit the contracting authority to purchase them; they may be increased or reduced to meet actual needs. The estimated value stated in the notice is EUR 2,136,000 excluding VAT. The bidder must be a certified Autodesk partner and provide the required register and insurance declarations. It must be able to manage the contract, all related documentation and correspondence in German. The offer and prices must be submitted electronically in German using the contracting authority’s forms. Prices must be in euros, excluding VAT, to no more than two decimal places, and include ancillary costs. The offer must select one of the specified payment terms: payment within 14 days with a 3% discount, or payment net within 30 days. Price is the sole award criterion, with the selected payment term also taken into account. The contracting authority’s draft contract forms the basis of the offer, and negotiations will not be held.
