Development of Environmental Impact Management System (EIMS) at MECC, Mongolia

Summary

The German-Mongolian technical cooperation project is procuring IT consultancy to develop and implement an Environmental Impact Management System (EIMS) for Mongolia’s Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (MECC). The system will comprise a web-based information system consolidating data on degraded areas, environmental impact assessments, and environmental management plans and reports; two dashboards; and a field application for smartphones and tablets. The web system must provide user interfaces in Mongolian and English.
