Cleaning services at the ZUE facilities in Lüdinghausen-Seppenrade and Marl

Summary

The contract covers cleaning services at two refugee accommodation centres in North Rhine-Westphalia: Lüdinghausen-Seppenrade and Marl. The work includes routine cleaning of shared areas, offices, corridors, dining areas and sanitary facilities, as well as deep cleaning when required, including cleaning residents’ rooms after occupants leave. Residents’ sanitary facilities must be cleaned twice daily, and the dining-area floor and tables three times daily. The contractor must provide staff, cleaning and disinfecting products, equipment, replenishment of hygiene supplies, and compliance with hygiene, occupational safety and environmental requirements. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots, but a bidder may be awarded only one lot. Price is the sole award criterion, based on the total price including VAT.
