Procurement of an Energy Management System
Summary
Odenwaldkreis is procuring the establishment and ongoing operation of an energy management system (EMS) for its municipal properties, comprising 36 schools and administrative buildings within a portfolio of more than 130 buildings. The services include EMS software, the installation and integration of metering infrastructure, and organisational and technical consulting to achieve Kom.EMS certification at the Basic quality level. The project, including certification, is to be completed by 28 February 2029.
