Open-house discount agreements for infliximab, 120 mg strength, ATC L04AB02

Summary

This is an open-house model for non-exclusive discount agreements covering infliximab at a strength of 120 mg (ATC L04AB02). It is not a competitive procedure: AOK Bayern intends to conclude identical, non-negotiable agreements with every interested pharmaceutical company that meets the stated requirements. The earliest contract start is 1 November 2026 and all agreements end on 31 October 2028. Agreements may be concluded during this period, at the latest by 3 September 2028, and may be terminated with one month’s notice to the end of a calendar month. The company must submit the signed agreement, the completed list of covered medicinal products and a signed reliability declaration. Complete and correct documents received by the third day of a month normally result in a contract start on the first day of the following month; otherwise, the start is postponed to the first day of the following month.
