Framework agreements for passenger cars for Hamburg public-sector organisations

Summary

The tender concerns framework agreements for supplying passenger cars to the authorities, offices, state-owned operations, universities and selected public-law institutions and public companies of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. Three lots are available: battery-electric vehicles, plug-in hybrids and vehicles with other drive systems. The estimated annual demand is approximately 127 vehicles and the maximum quantity over the contract period is 640 vehicles. Bidders may submit offers for one or more lots, and the price is the only award criterion. Offers must be submitted electronically in German by 6 October 2026 at 09:00 and must include the completed price sheet and the required declarations and company information.
