Open-house model for pharmaceutical discount agreements for Sarilumab, ATC L04AC14

Summary

This is an open-house model for non-exclusive pharmaceutical discount agreements concerning Sarilumab (ATC L04AC14), not a conventional competitive procurement with a selection decision. AOK Bayern intends to conclude identical, non-negotiable agreements with every interested pharmaceutical company that meets the stated requirements. The earliest contract start is 1 November 2026, and the agreements end on 31 October 2028. Complete and correct submissions received by 3 September 2028 may lead to a contract; submissions received by the third day of a month generally start on the following first day of the month, otherwise on the first day of the subsequent month. The agreements may be terminated with one month’s notice to the end of a month.
